Designing SAF AQUA Drums Vibes program we’ve altered our approach to resistance being used during training in water environment.
We’ve decided to use equipment which will lengthen upper limbs. We’ve increased resistance through lengthening the leverage.

During this training your clients may succumb to the sounds of rhythmical music, relieve their stress, unleash emotions, have fun not feeling how hard their muscles work.
SAF AQUA Drums Vibes is a unique program composed of meticulously selected grips, positions, exercises and variations.
This program exploits your creativity.
Classes can be done in both shallow and deep water, so it is easy to transfer different moves and change the outcome!
WARM-UP 3 – 5 minutes
Aim: adaptation to water environment, preparation of the organisms of those who participate in exercises for achieving the main goals of the lesson.
WARM-UP Cardio 2 – 5 minutes
Aim: stimulation of cardio-pulmonary system, teaching new exercises.
AEROBIC PART 20 – 30 minutes MAIN PART OF THE CLASS
Aim: building physical capacity of cardio-vascular and pulmonary systems as well as burning fat tissue. It is characterized by introducing aerobic sequence of a strictly determined intensity which is repeated a number of times. In this part we do exercises which progressively increase the intensity of the training by adding so called dynamic movements (for example marching in various directions, running etc.). This part of the lesson is rather intensive!
STRENGTHENING PART 5 – 10 minutes
Aim: building strength, endurance and the structure of body composition.
Aim: putting the cardio-pulmonary system at rest.
Aim: release and active stretching.
